Why You'll Love This Role: You'll be at the forefront of our financial operations, working alongside multiple divisions. What You'll Do:

  • Accounts Receivable: Track, create and post billings and resolve customer billing questions
  • Collections: Regularly review open A/R accounts for collection and resolve through outbound calls and emails all the while preserving customer relationships
  • Accounts Payable: Ensure timely and accurate processing of bills and invoices to suppliers, vendors and creditors
  • Cross-functional: Partner with division leaders on billing and payment challenges and best practices
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a close-knit team to oversee daily operations and continually seek ways to improve process efficiency
  • Professional Growth: Embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, 2+ years of Account Payable experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite; experience with Viewpoint/Spectrum software is a plus
  • Industry Experience: Construction industry experience is a plus
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a close-knit team to oversee daily operations and continually seek ways to improve process efficiency
  • Attention to Detail: Strong follow-up skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Compliance: Willing to pass pre-employment drug and background screens
