Smith Tower
Located in Pioneer Square, Smith Tower was completed in 1914. At the time it was the tallest building building west of the Mississippi River. It remained the tallest building on the West Coast until the Space Needle was built in 1962. During a total renovation in 1999, Patriot installed a complete fire protection system for the entire 42 floors.
