The Mark

Designed from the ground up to be of the highest quality materials and incorporate the latest in green technologies, Fifth + Columbia will feature over a half-million square feet of Class A+ office space located at the center of Seattle's central business district. The skyscraper will also feature a 175,000 square foot, 184 room SLS Four Star hotel on the first 14 floors, including a luxury spa, meeting space, a 5,000 square foot ballroom, a sky lounge located on the 5th floor, and premier restaurants. When completed, 5th + Columbia will be Seattle's fifth tallest building, reaching to 660 ft.
