The Bravern

The Bravern is one of the largest construction projects ever completed on the West Coast. The complex is home to numerous premium retail spaces and restaurants, including the Northwest's only Neiman Marcus store. All tenant improvement work in the 14 and 24 story office towers was completed by Patriot for Microsoft. Alongside the office towers are twin residential towers each rising to 33 floors. We assisted the developer of the project from day one, and worked with 3 separate general contractors concurrently.
